Through those years, I was also taking on my biggest roles, building businesses, and raising a baby. All at the same time. Without choosing.
Many women have done this before me. Brilliantly. Quietly. Without a manual. But I sit at a different intersection. :)
At Pegboard, we work at the cusp of human behaviour and cultural intelligence.I've spent years understanding what actually shifts people - how narratives change, how behaviour moves, how communities are built. I host community circles, have coached women through their biggest transitions, and have shown up - on podcasts, in forums, on stages - always saying the same thing: you don't have to choose. You can build both.
When I looked at what women actually needed - I realised the gap wasn't just support. It was structured intelligence. Something that combined lived reality with real frameworks.
So I built it.
